Nexa Cognition was tasked with aligning sales and marketing processes across Wall Street English’s 420 centres worldwide. Our primary goal was to drive consistency, efficiency, and performance.

Tailored HubSpot implementation and in-person training

We customised our HubSpot processes for each region, addressing specific needs such as integrating VK for Russia, Twilio for Korea, and accommodating pre-existing CRM systems. This approach ensured seamless adoption without disrupting existing processes.

Our HubSpot and psychology experts then visited regional teams to deliver science-based sales and marketing training. Specific HubSpot training sessions followed, equipping all team members with the knowledge needed to use the platform’s tools effectively - and independently.

Overall outcomes for Wall Street English  were very impressive across multiple territories, including:

  • Reduced paid media spend while maintaining high performance.

A notable success came from the Saudi team, who achieved 110% of their sales target during Ramadan. As one Wall Street English leader shared:
