Tailored migration and pre-sales workshops
To address the complexity of GlobalData’s systems, we deployed a specialised Pardot migration team supported by technical architects. This team focused on data accuracy, removing outdated contacts, and introducing over 30 business units for better brand management.
We also organised pre-sales workshops for the GlobalData team, ensuring to align all project goals within the three-month Salesforce contract renewal window. This ensured timely execution across all elements of the migration.
Our overall solution integrated HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise and Operations Hub Enterprise, along with some additional tools. This included expanded contact databases, dedicated IP, transactional email, and domain capacity enhancements to support GlobalData’s vast operations.
